Albay Provincial Library and Information Center

The Albay Provincial Library and Information Center formerly Albay Public Library is a branch of Bureau of Public Libraries (PBL) now The National Library of the Philippines (NLP). It is not a storage of musty books but rather a repository of intellectual, cultural, and information sources. It also provides access to informational undertakings of the Bicol Region. It acquires reading materials; provides information, reference and research resources to the public. It is a service oriented office which caters to people from all walks of life including government employees, professionals, students, out-of-school youths, laymen, and others who comes not only from Albay but from the neighboring provinces as well.
